Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We take great pride in the quality and reliability of our products. That’s why we offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on most items. We understand that sometimes your purchase may not be what you expected and wish for an exchange or refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached, within 30 days of your package receipt date, for an exchange or refund*. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
*We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards. See below for further information.
How to Return/Exchange an item
Our products can be returned/exchanged in a few easy steps. Simply follow the instructions on the return/exchange form included with your order. For your convenience, a pre-addressed UPS Ground label will be included in your package. No initial payment is necessary when using this label. Just take to any UPS drop-off location or hand to any UPS driver. If you choose to use this label, your credit will be reduced by $6.00 (or $14.00 if returning from AK or HI). However, if an item is defective or we made a mistake with your order, you will not be charged return shipping.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping fees, as well as return shipping costs, are non-refundable.
For a full refund on your return, the item(s) must be shipped within 30 days of your receipt. If an item being returned after 30 days is now on sale, and we agree to take it back, your account will be credited the sale price. If the item(s) is returned between 31 and 89 days of receipt, your refund will be in the form of a HankyPanky.com E-Gift Card. No refunds or credits will be granted after 90 days of receipt, and the items will be donated to charity.

Important Notes About Returning Undergarments
· Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact
· Intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. Please try these items on over your own underwear.
· We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
· We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health standards.
Additional Return/Exchange Information
· Please note that it takes 3 to 5 days for us to process a return or exchange.
· Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
· Any merchandise returned to us that does not match what was shipped to you will not be returned to you, but rather will be donated or discarded.
Price Adjustment Policy
If an item purchased at full price on www.HankyPanky.com goes on sale on www.HankyPanky.com within 7 days from purchase date, you are eligible for a refund of the price difference. No adjustments will be made for purchased items on sales at any other retailer or web store. Adjustments are not credited automatically but must be requested.
