We do not ship internationally at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT FREE STANDARD SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ALASKA OR HAWAII. Standard shipping rates apply as per the below table. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
Additional Delivery Information:
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• In stock items usually arrive within 4-8 business days, or fewer if we are shipping to the metropolitan NY area. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery service is not available.
• You will receive an email confirmation of shipping and tracking number when your order is shipped.
• Applicable sales tax will be charged to residents of New York, Connecticut and Washington State.
• We ship only to the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii; no shipping to US Territories.
• We ship only to street addresses, or APO/FPO. We do ship not to PO Boxes.
• We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
• Most orders typically ship within three business days. Personalized items can take up to 5 business days to ship.
• Expedited shipping is available for an additional freight charge. If order is placed before 12 NOON EST on business days (Monday through Friday), your order will ship within 48 hours.
Shipping for Returns and Exchanges:
• For returns, a $6 fee will be deducted from your eligible credit.
• Exchanges are FREE! When exchanging items, we pay the shipping both ways.
