Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality of our products which is why we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your hankypanky.com purchase, you may return or exchange full-priced unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing card. Please note: Items purchased at any retailer other than hankypanky.com must be returned to the retailer, not hankypanky.com.
*We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards. See below for further information.

Returns & Exchanges
For your convenience, a prepaid, preaddressed return UPS shipping label has been included in your package for a hassle-free return/exchange. A $6.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or credit if you choose to use this UPS shipping label for your return ($14.00 if from Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico).
Once your package has been received and processed we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. Initial and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item being returned after 30 days is now on sale, your account will be credited the sale price. If the item(s) is returned 30+ days of receipt, your refund will be in the form of a hankypanky.com merchandise credit. Items returned more than 60 days after delivery are non-refundable.
Returns on International orders will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please note all shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to exchange items in your order, you must return items and place a new order. Please see instructions included in your package and list of non-refundable items below.
Exchanges are free! Simply use the prepaid, preaddressed return UPS shipping label included in your package. Be sure to complete the exchange form that came with your order.

*Please note that it takes 3 to 5 days for us to process a return or exchange upon receipt at the warehouse. Any merchandise returned to us that does not match what was shipped to you will not be returned to you, but rather donated or discarded.
Non-refundable, Non-exchangeable Items:
- Personalized items
- Rolled Items that have been unrolled
- Multi-packs that have been opened
- Eau de Parfum that has been opened
- Lingerie Wash
- Sale items
- E-Gift Cards
- Worn or laundered garments/garments with hangtags removed (Tip: to ensure proper hygiene, please wear your own underwear beneath the try-on item. Also, please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.)
Gifts with Purchase
When returning an order that included a gift with purchase, the gift with purchase MUST be returned to receive a full refund. When exchanging an item from an order that included a gift with purchase for another item of equal or greater value, the gift with purchase may be kept.
When returning an order in connection with which you received a promotional coupon applicable to future purchases, if the promotional coupon has been redeemed at the time your return is processed, the face amount of the promotional coupon will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If the promotional coupon has not been redeemed at the time your return is processed, the promotional coupon will be invalidated unless your order (excluding the returned items) would otherwise have qualified for such coupon in accordance with the offer terms.
Gilt Returns & Exchanges
No returns on orders placed using Gilt vouchers; orders valid for exchanges only, up to 30 days from purchase.
Price Adjustment Policy
If an item purchased at full price on hankypanky.com goes on sale on hankyanky.com within 7 days from purchase date, you are eligible for a refund of the price difference. No adjustments will be made for purchased items on sale at any other retailer or web store. Adjustments must be requested.
