COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE: Due to safeguards in place at our NYC warehouse to help protect our employees, please know that there will be an approximate 2-3 week delay in fulfilling and delivering online orders.

Shipping Costs for non-promotional periods: Standard shipping rates are shown in the table below.

Transit Time: The UPS ground shipping map below shows the transit time from our New York warehouse. Note that this is transit time only and does not include order processing time or customization time.

Note: Please note that International Orders transit time will typically be within 10-14 days.

Additional Delivery Information:

  • In stock items usually arrive within 4-8 business days when shipped domestically, or fewer if we are shipping to the metropolitan NY area. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery service is not available. For international orders, in stock items will arrive within 10-14 days when shipped to an address outside of the U.S.
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will ship USPS.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of shipping and tracking number when your order is shipped.
  • Applicable sales tax will be charged to residents of New York, Connecticut and Washington State.
  • We ship only to street addresses, or APO/FPO. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • We ship internationally to select countries at this time. Please click on flag on top right of screen to see list of countries.
  • Most orders typically ship within three business days. Personalized items can take up to 5 business days to ship.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional freight charge. If order is placed before 12 NOON EST on business days (Monday through Friday), your order will ship within 48 hours.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges:

  • For returns, a $7.99 fee will be deducted from your eligible credit.
  • Exchanges are FREE!  When exchanging items, we pay the shipping both ways.
  • For International orders are eligible for return only and shipping fees will be deducted from your eligible credit.

Items not eligible for returns:

  • Personalized items
  • Rolled Items that have been unrolled
  • Multi-packs that have been opened
  • Eau de Parfum that has been opened
  • Lingerie Wash
  • Sale items
  • E-Gift Cards
  • Worn or laundered garments/garments with hangtags removed  (Tip: to ensure proper hygiene, please wear your own underwear beneath the try-on item. Also, please avoid wearing perfume or deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.)
