Panky Points Program Terms & Conditions

The Panky Points program (the “Panky Points program” or the “Program”) is sponsored by Hanky Panky Ltd. (“Hanky Panky”, “we” or “us”).  By enrolling in the Program, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by (1) these Program Terms and Conditions, (2) the Hanky Panky Privacy Policy, and (3) the Terms of Use governing your use of hankypanky.com.  The Program is void where prohibited by law.

How the Program Works

You shop, you earn rewards!  When you create an account on hankypanky.com, you are automatically enrolled in our no-cost Panky Points program.  Thereafter, you will earn one (1) Panky Point for each dollar you spend on hankypanky.com (excluding discounts, shipping charges, tax, and purchases made with an E-Gift Card).  You will not earn Panky Points on any purchase made prior to your enrollment in the Program.  All Panky Points will be reflected in your account within 30 days of your purchase ship date.  You may view your Panky Points balance at any time by logging in to your account on hankypanky.com. Any returns or exchanges made to your account will result in deduction of applicable Panky Points, based on initial purchase.

Please note: Panky Points can only be earned and redeemed on orders shipping within the United States.

You decide when to use your rewards.  Panky Points do not expire and there is no cap on the number of Panky Points you may earn.  As long as you have at least 250 Panky Points available and are making a purchase on hankypanky.com of $25 or more (exclusive of tax and shipping and before giving effect to the application of Panky Points, E-Gift Cards and promotional coupon codes to your order). You may redeem your by selecting “Use My Panky Points” as a payment method at checkout.  If you have fewer than 250 Panky Points available at the time of purchase, you will not be able to redeem your points.  If you have 250 or more Panky Points at the time of purchase, but chose not to redeem your points at that time, your Panky Points will remain available for later redemption.

You decide how to use your rewards.  You may redeem your Panky Points in connection with any purchase of $25 or more on hankypanky.com, including purchases of E-Gift Cards.  You may also transfer your Panky Points to any other Program member by contacting Hanky Panky Customer Care.

Panky Points are not redeemable for cash.  If the redemption value of Panky Points applied to your order exceeds the order subtotal, such excess value is forfeit.

Returning an order when Panky Points were redeemed

Orders using Panky Points as a form of payment will receive merchandise credit for items returned up to the value of the Panky Points redeemed on the order. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used at purchase.

Program Membership

Membership to the Panky Points program ("Membership") is limited to individuals and to one account per individual.  A valid account at hankypanky.com, including a valid email address, is required to register for and maintain Membership in the program. No purchase is necessary to become a Program member.

You must be age 13 years or older to be eligible for Membership. By enrolling in the Program, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age or older. If you are between 13 years of age and the age of majority (for residents of the continental United States, 18 or 19 years or older, depending on the state you reside in), you must obtain your parent or legal guardian's consent prior to enrolling in the Program.

International residents are eligible for Membership. However, please be advised that hankypanky.com is not able to ship orders to addresses outside of the continental United States, including orders paid for in whole or in part by redeeming Panky Points.

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Hanky Panky are eligible for Membership but may be excluded from certain promotions.

Email and Privacy

We value your privacy. All personal information collected from you when you create an account at or place orders on hankypanky.com will be used and disclosed by Hanky Panky solely to operate hankypanky.com, including administration of the Program, for internal marketing analysis, and as otherwise permitted by the Hanky Panky Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the Hanky Panky Privacy Policy, which is located at http://www.hankypanky.com/privacy-policy.asp and is hereby incorporated by reference in these Program Terms and Conditions.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to receive transactional emails from us, including emails notifying you of changes to these Program Terms and Conditions. Program members may not unsubscribe from transactional emails of the Program.

If you wish to receive email notification of changes in your Panky Points balance, you must affirmatively elect to do so by logging in to your account on hankypanky.com and checking the appropriate box under Email Notification Settings in the Panky Points section of My Account. We will not notify you by email of changes in your Panky Points balance unless you make such an election. However, you may view your Panky Points balance at any time by logging in to your account on hankypanky.com

Changes, Termination and/or Removal from Program

Hanky Panky may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Program or change these Program Terms and Conditions, in each case without prior notice to you to the extent such notice is not required by law.  If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Program Terms and Conditions.  It is your responsibility to review these Program Terms and Conditions from time to time to stay informed of any changes.

Hanky Panky reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program in its sole discretion. Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any of these Program Terms and Conditions, or any misrepresentation or other conduct by a Program member that is detrimental to Hanky Panky may subject such member to revocation of their Membership and affect eligibility for further participation in the Program.

Incorporation of Site Terms of Use

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the Terms of Use, which are set forth at http://www.hankypanky.com/terms-of-use.asp and are hereby incorporated by reference in these Program Terms and Conditions.
