The hanky panky+ custom, patent-pending gusset (aka crotch lining) is made with several layers of polyester-based fabric. Hydrophobic and hydrophilic layers work together: A top layer wicks away moisture, moving it away from the body and leaving you feeling dry. The middle layers absorb and hold moisture, and the bottom leak-resistant layer keeps everything locked within the underwear. The gusset is 100% polyester, and the lining is 92% recycled polyester, 8% elastane, and <1% polyurethane.

The hanky panky+ Thong has light absorbency and can absorb up to 2 panty liners or 2 regular tampons of leakage. The hanky panky+ Boyshort, French Brief, and V-Kini has regular absorbency and can absorb up to 3 panty liners or 3 regular tampons of leakage.
