"The item itself was loved by the recipient. The ordering / service / delivery was not loved by me, the giver. I was advised, at around the time that I was expecting delivery, that it was no longer in stock and asked to accept a refund. This was about 3 days out from Xmas. I went online and saw that I could place an order, so I ordered again, and it was then delivered, but after Xmas. This was a very confusing and unsatisfactory service. Luckily, my wife loved the gift and that's what I remember. But please don't provide this service again in the future. It felt like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, within your operations. Thanks."
