"I placed an order earlier this fall for 5 pairs of low rise thongs. Instead, I received 5 pairs of regular rise. I brought this to you attention and learned you would be sending the "correct" product. Instead, I received ANOTHER set of 5 regular rise. I ended up giving all 10 of those to my daughter; they simply don't fit me. I created a separate order for 5 low rise thongs on October 10. They finally arrived last Saturday, November 22. I love your products and have literally worn them for over 20 years, but I will no longer order from you. I don't know what's going on, but it seems like your warehouse/shipping situation is out of control. The only reason I didn't give a "terrible" rating is because your staff was thoughtful and responsive in our back and forth emails trying to amend the situation."
