"My order is #1070430 I’m disappointed in the amount of time it is taking for me to receive the order, cancelled, and still have yet to recieve a refund. Order was placed on 1/24, appears a shipping label created on 2/4, but the USPS facility is still waiting for the package. I ordered the items with plenty of lead time (18 days and counting!) to arrive before our anniversary getaway this upcoming weekend, but it does not appear they will be here. I reported a problem and Annalyse reached out to see if I wanted a refund on 2/12. I responded on the same day and I’m yet to recieve it 9 days later. At this point, the service is terrible and the company owes me $87. 95"
