"On 11/29/2025, I placed an order for this underwear which was on sale. My credit card was charged the same day. I did not receive my items until 46 days later on 1/13/2026 after two followup emails. Second, the Return Policy is does not allow sale items to be returned or exchanged, which is unreasonable. I can understand not taking back final sale items. Thankfully, I’ve been wearing this underwear for over 20 years and knew what I was getting."
