"I’ve been needing to exchange some things, but their website was down so I asked in the email for help. But they couldn’t help and want me to pay return shipping to repurchase the items. I just needed an exchange label. It’s not that difficult. So dumb to give bad vibes for such a small thing."
"I was really looking for a basic pack of five or seven in white but the price on this five pack was a better deal than what I could cobble together, and I didn't want all black, so I reluctantly selected this pack and it turned out to be way better than I expected. The colors are much more charming on than they look in the package. They're right without being garage and they're frankly charming and playful and for the summer months I appreciate that. NOW just hoping that they will come out with a five or seven pack in White so we can have our basics met as well in a price range that makes it more affordable for us to build our collection. Like how about the three for $48 being possible for the White or maybe seven for $99? That would be awesome!"
"I have been a HP customer for 10+ years and literally live in this thong. I may have every color. I’m so disappointed and rather shocked they eliminated the PLUS SIZE (14-24) option???? I started seeing less and less color options in PLUS then at one point only black was offered. . really?? Your LOYAL, PLUS-sized customers deserve more than that. If this was a financial decision- I don’t see how the 2 additional inches of lace around the hips wouldn’t be compensated for at the asking price of $25 a pair. Looks like mismanagement of funds or a really bad management decision. I will have to find another brand to support as this was my Go-to thong of choice for years! I hope you re-consider this decision as the Average US woman is size 16!! Very sad!"
