Need help finding your size?

Step 1. Find Your Underband Measurement

To find your most accurate measurement, we recommend wearing a wired, non-padded bra. If you are comfortable, you can also measure yourself braless. Wrap the measuring tape around your back and directly under your bust, where the band of your bra sits. Try to keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor to get your most accurate measurement. If someone else is measuring you, keep your arms by your side.

Step 3. Find Your Cup Size

Subtract your band size from your bust size to find your cup size. Each inch difference equals one cup size. For example, if your band size is 34 and your bust size is 35 inches, the difference is 1 inch - which would equal an A cup. If your band size is 36 and your bust size is 38 inches, the difference is 2 inches- which would equal a B cup.

Step 2. Measure Your Bust

Now, to find your bust measurement, place the measuring tape across your back at band level, under each arm, and around the fullest part of your bust. Try to keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor to get your most accurate measurement. If someone else is measuring you, keep your arms by your side. Lightly pull the tape, relax, and note your measurement.

That’s it! Using your band and bust measurements, you’re ready to find your size on the Hanky Panky bra size chart.
