"After calling and calling and never getting a live person, I left a detailed message on their customer service phone number asking them to call me with a detailed response on how to solve it. Days later I received an email from them saying "Hi, if you need help please reach out" They never acknowledged what my questions were nor did they offer how to resolve them. Why would I keep trying to call? Their customer service is horrible."
