Bad experience with return/exchange

"I love the panties, but only giving 3 starts because I went to return a different pair in my order and there was only one pair that was eligible for return and that one pair would cost me $10 as a return fee. The other items that didn’t fit me were final sale and were not eligible for return. . It was my first time ordering so that kind of sucks I didn’t know what my sizing was… It’s hard sometimes to navigate that with online shopping. I could’ve also used the $10 as a credit to shop for something new, but the panties that I liked were the ones that were on sale and weren’t given as an option to purchase using the credit."
